Strawberry and Nutella Crêpes

Looking to fancy up your breakfast or brunch? Allow me to guide you.😊 Crêpes come to us from the beautiful country of France, but here in America, we have been known to get pretty fancy with it.  😊 With that stated, You HAVE to get into this delicious recipe filled with fresh strawberries and strawberry yogurt. I have warmed Nutella drizzled all over each crêpe, and I top it off with powdered sugar and whipped cream. Who would love an elegant entrée like this? It’s absolutely in-crêpe-able! 😊 Enjoy!

Strawberry and Nutella Crêpes

  1. Pre-heat the cast iron griddle pan to medium low. Mix pancake mix, almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly to ensure that all lumps are smoothened out of the batter. 

    Spray cast iron pan with pam non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto the center of the griddle pan. Use the crêpe spreader to evenly spread the batter in a  full circumference. Once the edges are browned, flip browning the opposite side. Let crêpes rest on a wood cutting board. Repeat steps until all the batter is used.

    Serve warm and garnish with fresh strawberries, strawberry yogurt, nutella, whipped cream and powdered sugar-YUMMM! Enjoy!

    do you know how long much experience
    you really need in order to make it appealing?

    It would definitely be nice,
    if you made some guides on how to make it appealing
    and make it even nicer to look at, because eating cakes
    is of course about the experience itself, and that is what
    matters to most people after all.

    France gave us crêpes but here in the new world, we improved them! LOL
