Strawberry and Nutella Crêpes

  • 1 cup Krusteaz Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Large Certified Organic Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. Pre-heat the cast iron griddle pan to medium low. Mix pancake mix, almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly to ensure that all lumps are smoothened out of the batter. 

    Spray cast iron pan with pam non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto the center of the griddle pan. Use the crêpe spreader to evenly spread the batter in a  full circumference. Once the edges are browned, flip browning the opposite side. Let crêpes rest on a wood cutting board. Repeat steps until all the batter is used.

    Serve warm and garnish with fresh strawberries, strawberry yogurt, nutella, whipped cream and powdered sugar-YUMMM! Enjoy!
