  1. Pre-heat the cast iron griddle pan to medium low. Mix pancake mix, almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly to ensure that all lumps are smoothened out of the batter.

Spray cast iron pan with pam non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto the center of the griddle pan. Use the crêpe spreader to evenly spread the batter in a  full circumference. Once the edges are browned, flip browning the opposite side. Let crêpes rest on a wood cutting board. Repeat steps until all the batter is used.

Serve warm and garnish with fresh strawberries, strawberry yogurt, nutella, whipped cream and powdered sugar-YUMMM! Enjoy!

  1. It looks delicious and so noticeable
do you know how long much experience
you really need in order to make it appealing?

    It would definitely be nice,
if you made some guides on how to make it appealing
and make it even nicer to look at, because eating cakes
is of course about the experience itself, and that is what
matters to most people after all.

I really enjoyed this simple baking tutorial,
and of course the difficulty rating that you provided.

    Many thanks,

    1. Thank you, Leon! I will keep that in mind and maybe make a video on how to plate your entrée like a chef! Thanks and Cheers!

  2. I agree with you, this is absolutely in-crêpe-able! I can’t wait to try the fresh strawberries and strawberry yogurt and the warm Nutella all over it. And I am sure that all my family will love it as well!

France gave us crêpes but here in the new world, we improved them! LOL
