Homemade Italian Meatballs with Italian Sauce

Authentic Italian Sauce with Italian Meatballs. Can be paired with Spaghetti or any pasta!

    Italian Sauce
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 2 quarts Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 cup Thinly Chopped Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 cup Italian Seasonings
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Italian Meatballs
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup parlsey
  • 1/4 cup Italian Seasonings
    Preparing Your Meatballs
  1. Pre-heat your cast iron pot and fill it with cooking oil, filling it 1/4 way. In large bowl, mix all ingredients and shape mixture equivalent to golf balls approx. 1 inch apart.


  2. Fry the meatballs evenly by turning the meatball to each respective side until all sides have been thoroughly cooked. Serve warm and Enjoy!


  3. Pre heated the crock pot to medium high. Line the pot with olive oil. Put in the minced garlic and onions. Sauté for 2 min. Mix in the tomato paste, tomato puree,  Himalayan salt, Italian seasonings and sugar. Once sauce comes to a boil, turn the heat down to medium-low and let it cook for 45 min. Serve warm and Enjoy!
