Pre-heat the cast iron pan to medium. Line the pot with olive oil. Put in the minced garlic and onions. Sauté for 2 min. Mix in the tomato paste, tomato puree, Himalayan salt, Italian seasonings and sugar. Once sauce comes to a boil, turn the heat down to medium-low and let it cook for 45 minutes so the flavors can marinate well. Once finished set aside. Prepare the dough while the sauce is brewing.
Place water, honey, salt, olive oil, all purpose flour and yeast in the bread maker and choose the dough program. Once the cycle has completed, sprinkle a little dough on a cutting board remove dough from bread maker and place on the cutting board to roll out. Roll out the dough to be evenly flat.
Pre-heat your oven to 400º. Shred the mozzarella cheese and set aside. Pour a cup of marinara sauce on the dough and evenly spread it covering the whole pizza pie. Sprinkle the mozzarella all over, evenly, and sprinkle the fresh oregano evenly over the pizza. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles. Serve warm and enjoy!
