Fried Rice

  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 ounces Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1/4 Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Scallions
  1. Properly cook the Jasmine rice. Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Once the rice comes to a boil, drain the starched water and refill the pot with fresh water, even with the half- cooked rice. Add, rice vinegar. After, set the heat to medium-low and let it cook until rice is thoroughly cooked.

    In a seperate pan pre-heat with minced garlic and line the pan with olive oil.  1/2 cup of chicken broth. Pour in your freshly cooked rice. Add peas an carrots. Season with soy sauce,  black pepper, onion powder, ginger. Garnish with scallions. Serve warm- ENJOY!
