- Shred your cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and then make them into golf-like sized balls.
- Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and place aside.
- Pour the seasoned bread crumbs into another small bowl and place aside.
- Dip each cheese ball in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture either using a fork or separate hands.
- Fry in cooking oil at 375º for 3-5 min.
- Place on cooling rack for 5 min with a paper towel underneath the cooling rack to allow the cheese to cool within the fried shell.
- Enjoy!
