We have a full house and bunch of cheese lovers! Whenever I’m cooking and everyone is impatient, to say the least, this is a quick go-to appetizer to settle their growling stomachs until the main dish comes! It works like a charm every time and is SO DELICIOUS! Check out the recipe below and let me know how it pans out in your family!

Fried Cheese Balls

Instructions

    1. Shred your cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and then make them into golf-like sized balls.
    2. Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and place aside.
    3. Pour the seasoned bread crumbs into another small bowl and place aside.
    4. Dip each cheese ball in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture either using a fork or separate hands.
    5.  Fry in cooking oil at 375º for 3-5 min.
    6. Place on cooling rack for 5 min with a paper towel underneath the cooling rack to allow the cheese to cool within the fried shell.
    7.  Enjoy!
