Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Apple Cinnamon


  1. Preheat cast iron pan to low heat. Mix all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients. Mix well. Spay the pan with Pam or non-stck cooking spray. Pour batter in the center most part of the pan enough to resemble the width of a cereal bowl. Once edges of the pancake has cooked, flip and cook other side for 1 min and then set aside. Repeat until entire batter is used.


  2. Warm Apple Cinnamon

    Preheat your pan to medium heat. Peel the skin of your apples. Use an apple slicer to cut it into 8 equal parts per apple. In a bowl, mix in cinnamon, ground nutmeg, water and butter with peeled and sliced apples. Cook on medium heat until apples are nice and tender. (Use a fork to test... the fork should glide through the apple. )

    Remove and serve warm on top of your cinnamon pancakes. Garnish with pecans, icing, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
