Warm cream cheese frosting glazed over a soft and fluffy sweet cinnamon roll dough of baked cherry and pecans and layered with Bonne Maman cherry preserves.
In a small, large bowl, combine the water, yeast, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the pudding mix, 2 cups of almond milk, ghee, eggs, and salt, yeast mixture, and blend well.
Gradually add flour to the mixture and place in the bread maker, and select the dough program for the kneading process. ( You may also knead by hand until the dough is smooth and then place in a greased bowl, covering it with saran wrap to allow the dough to rise in a room temperature area). Once the dough program has finished, leave the dough to rise until the dough has doubled in size.
Roll dough out on a floured cutting board. Using ingredients for filling: Mix ghee, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl and spread all over the dough. Then come back with the Bonne Maman cherry preserves and spread a layer of it all over the dough to about 1 inch away from the edges.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll the dough up as tightly as feasible and slice the roll to be approximately 2" thick. Place on a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Mix ingredients for frosting in a bowl. Remove when rolls have turned golden brown. While warm add a layer of frosting on each roll. Let it cool. Then add another layer of frosting. Serve warm and ENJOY!
