Air Fryer Donuts

    Donut Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Water (Room Temperature)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (Cold)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 2/3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 1/3 teaspoons Instant Dry Active Yeast
  • Glaze Ingredients
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Light Corn Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  1. Put all ingredients in chronological order in the bread maker: dough option or in your kitchen aid. Mix/Knead well  and let it rise for an hour.

    After cut into 3.5 inch round donuts using a donut cutter and use a separate 1.2 donut hole cutter for the donut holes. 

    Place all on a baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Let them rise for 30 minutes, use this time to make the glaze. Mix all glaze ingredients in a bowl and mix until there are no clumps. 


  2. After 30 minutes. Spray the fry pan of your air fryer. Taking as many as up to 4 at a time, place them in your air fryer and cook them on 340º for 5 minutes. While warm dip the top half of the very warm donut in your cool glaze. Let it rest on a baking tray. Repeat until you have air fried and glazed  all donuts. Serve warm and Enjoy!
