Add cream cheese, real mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard, organic Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic and cayenne pepper to a bowl and mix well.

Add 1 cup of smoked gouda cheese, 1/2 cup of extra sharp cheddar cheese and scallions to mixture.

Prepare your bread bowl by cutting out the center of your hoagie bread.

Pre heat oven to 350º . Drain artichoke hearts very well and chop. Add artichoke hearts and Blue Crab meat. Add salt, pepper and even more cayenne pepper to your liking.

Add crab meat mixture enough to fill the bowl. Sprinkle enough of remaining cheese to cover the top layer of crab meat mixture; Feel free to mix the gouda cheese with mozzarella! Place bread bowl with mixture and cheese in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Slice up your French baguette and place in the oven 5 min before the bread bowl finishes. Garnish bread bowl with fresh parsley. Serve warm and Enjoy!
